SunFlower Technologies International Inc. warrants it’s SunFlower Tracker to the original purchaser that we will repair or replace at our option. Any SunFlower Tracker that is determined to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of five year from date of purchase. Warranty applies to the SunFlower Tracker.

We de not warranty your foundation design and/or installation of the pipe mast.

To be eligible for repair or replacement under this warranty, the SunFlower Tracker must be sent to SunFlower technologies International Inc. within the warranty period. The original consumer must comply to the following conditions:

The SunFlower Tracker thereof must not have been modified or altered in any way by an unauthorized source.

The SunFlower Tracker thereof must not have been installed in accordance with the installation instructions.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Damage due to wind speeds over 150km/h (95mph)
Damage due to improper installation of the tracker.
Misuse, abuse, corrosion or neglect.
Products impaired by severe conditions, such as excessive wind, ice, storms or other natural occurrences.
The SunFlower Tracker used for purposes other than the intended use, including mounting modules or components which the tracker was not intended for.
The SunFlower Tracker with more than the specific square footage mentioned.
If the SunFlower Tracker is return for any reasons the shipment must be in insured.

Any and all labour charges to remove or replace the SunFlower Tracker are not covered by this warranty.
